Office visits are scheduled by appointment by calling our office. Appointment lengths of 20, 40 and 60 minutes are provided depending on the nature of the visit. Our providers stay on schedule as we never double-book appointment times so please arrive promptly for your appointment.

A variety of daytime and limited evening hours are offered. By scheduling in advance, you have greater flexibility in choosing the time that is most convenient for your visit.

Please call if you know you need to reschedule and will not be able to keep an appointment. We request notification of at least 24 hours in advance when cancelling or rescheduling appointments to avoid paying a fee. Fees are assessed for last-minute cancellation and for no-show visits without notification.

We accept most major and regional health insurances. Please call to enquire about specific plans. Self-pay rates are available to uninsured.

Copays and deductible payments are due at the time of your appointment so please come prepared or call ahead for payment options.

Prescription refills: in most cases we will provide you with enough medication to last until your next scheduled visit. If you need a refill before you are seen, we will make every effort to refill prescriptions by the next business day. To avoid running out of medication, please call us at least two days in advance for refill prescriptions. We will try to complete basic forms within 7 days while more complex forms or letters may require more time.

For emergencies, call 911 or head to nearest emergency center. We can frequently provide care for minor injuries and lacerations. Call us for advice on where to be seen.
